I am a professionally qualified sport psychology consultant with a passion for helping individuals, teams, organisations and coaches to reach their potential through a focus on performance and well-being.
A former full-time professional international-level rugby player, I also have significant business experience as a senior manager with large companies, and this background broadens the knowledge and skills that I bring to my sport psychology practice.
After graduating with an MSc (Distinction) in Performance Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, I trained to become professionally qualified as a British Association of Sport & Exercise Scientists (BASES) Accredited Sport & Exercise Scientist (Psychology). I am also a Chartered Scientist registered with the Science Council. I am bound by the code and rules of conduct for these professional bodies which emphasise confidentiality, safe practice, competence standards and evidence of continuing professional development.
